I gave you guys an update here on how I was going with this challenge. It was always going to be a difficult one considering I now train 2 times a week for football and boxing, leaving 3 consecutive days free.
On the 15th, I had run 43.933km and still has just over 36km to go with 6 potential running days left.
Well, I can finally tell you guys that I MADE IT! Just. 80.683km
28 days last month and I missed 5 days of exercise. I’m not going to complain about that; I think it’s a pretty good effort. I am about to post the challenge for March, so stay tuned in.
