February Photo Challenge – Day Seven

It is said “A picture is worth a thousand words”. What happens when your picture or photograph is exactly that; words.

That’s right ladies and gents, today’s topic is words.

I have been trying to find something inspiring to take a photo of; I’ve even written a few of my own poems but my handwriting didn’t look quite nice enough for a photo.

I remembered something touching I read in a book once (ok, I’ve read about half a dozen times. What of it?) and I think it made for a great photo.

What do you think?

It’s a page from “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” if any of you are unsure. (HP GEEK!)

I am loving this challenge and am trying to improve my creativity with every shot I take. I am not doing much post editing on the photos as I am still trying to work out how to use all the settings on my camera.

Feel free to leave likes, comments and feedback on how my challenge it going so far. 🙂

  1. I really think this is a beautiful photo. It isn’t of something you would traditionally see a photo of but I think that adds to its appeal and I like how the top section seems to be out of focus, the colours of the photo just seem to relax me….and make me want to read a book!

I really love comments and feedback!
